DRIVERS heading home are facing delays on the A34 after a car has broken down on the Botley Interchange.
At around 4.30pm a car broke down on the A34 Western By-Pass Road Southbound between A420 (Botley Interchange) and A423 Southern By-Pass Road / Hinksey Hill (Hinksey Hill Interchange).
One lane is now blocked and congestion is building back to the Peartree Interchange.
In the city centre there are reports of 20 minute delays along Thames Street, Oxpens to Frideswide Square out to Botley Road.
Delays are also building at Benson on the A4074 from Shillignford to Benson due to temporary traffic lights at Elm Bridge roundabout.
Train users are also experiencing delays on the Great Western Service between Paddington, Reading and Oxford due to speed restrictions between Ealing Broadway and Hayes and Harlington.
