OXFORD

Kerry Lofthouse, 24, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol worth £29.94 from The Cooperative in Oxford on August 8 and stealing alcohol worth £28.99 from The Cooperative in Oxford on August 9. Ordered to take part in rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 20 days and to pay a total of £58.93 in compensation, an £80 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Catherine Njoki, 37, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by attending a prohibited address on August 26. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs. 

Alexander Clifton, 18, of HM Prison Bullingdon, admitted stealing a mobile phone worth £100 in Hook Norton on February 1 and stealing a television worth £30 from Hook Norton on March 10. Also admitted stealing £10 in cash in Hook Norton on June 13. Sentenced to 21 days in a young offenders institution and ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge. 

Kieron Hedges, 28, of Palmer Place, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Old Christ Church buildings, Woodbine Place, Oxford, on August 29 and possessing cannabis, a class B drug, on the same date. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge, a £135 fine and £85 costs.

Kojo Ritchie, 29, of Clarks Row, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in St Mary’s Road, Oxford, on August 13 and pursuing a course of conduct that amounted to harassment of a woman in St Mary’s Road on the same date. Ordered to take part in rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 60 days and made subject to a restraining order. Ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge and £40 costs. 

Gary Rowley, 46, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing washing gels worth £80 from The Cooperative in Oxford on March 11 and stealing meat worth £80 from BP Express garage in Oxford on April 13. Also admitted stealing steak worth £16 from The Cooperative in Oxford on May 20. Ordered to pay a total of £176 compensation and £40 costs.

Keirian Walton, 20, of Harcourt Road, Wantage, admitted two counts of sexually assaulting a woman in Wantage on January 1. Ordered to take part in rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 25 days and made subject to a restraining order. Ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ramon Zoetmulder, 65, of Upper Fisher Row, Oxford, admitted burgling Sainsbury’s in Cowley Road, Oxford, and stealing alcohol worth £21 on August 29. Ordered to take part in alcohol dependency treatment for six months and comply with instructions of a responsible officer for a maximum of 20 days. Ordered to pay £21 compensation and £85 costs.

BANBURY

Rohit Bansal, 27, of Gatteridge Street, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in Warwick Road, Banbury, on August 28. Had 49 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £130 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Lisa Slaymaker, 34, of Usher Drive, Banbury, admitted possessing diamorphine, a class A drug, at the Horton General Hospital, Oxford Road, Banbury, on August 23. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Siobhan McGarry, 38, of Pitmaston Close, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in South Bar Street, Banbury, on August 30. Had 58 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £250 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Handed a three-year driving ban. 

Michael French, 28, of Howard Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting Natasha Webb by beating her in Sandford Green, Banbury, on August 24. Also admitted assaulting Natasha Webb between August 1 and August 28. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Martin Taylor, 47, of Quarry Close, Enstone, admitted assaulting Shaun Parker by beating him in Witney on August 27. Fined £255 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Nathan Waldron, 30, of Sycamore Drive, Carterton, admitted damaging a lampshade and door belonging to Natasha Keyani in Witney on July 31. Also admitted assaulting Natasha Keyani in Holloway Road, Witney. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and fined £133. Ordered to pay £200 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Also made subject to a restraining order.

Michael Cash, 50, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting Flutra Qatja in Cornmarket Street, Oxford, on August 27. Also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £75 compensation and £30 costs.

Adrian Fannon, 38, of Evenlode, Banbury, admitted stealing meat worth about £45 from The Co-operative, High Street, Bloxham, on June 20. Handed a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Also admitted stealing food from the store on June 21, and failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Banbury Police Station on August 6. Ordered to pay £45 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

Adam Jones, 28, of O'Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing £54-worth of fragrances from Debenhams, Oxford, on June 29. Handed a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
