TWO men from Didcot have been charged by police following a burglary.
Matthew Webb, aged 35, and Daniel Webb, aged 33, both of Green Close, Didcot, were arrested on Wednesday and both charged yesterday with one count of fraud by false representation and one count of burglary.
Matthew Webb was also charged with one count of possession of class A drugs.
The charges relate to an incident in Barn Close in Didcot between midnight and 5am on Wednesday when money and bank cards were stolen from a house and later used at Shell Garage in Georgetown, Didcot.
Both defendants appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday and were remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Crown Court on July 22.
