THEY met while dancing in a Royal British Legion hall and have shown off their skills on cruise ships.
On Wednesday Gill Groves and Ken Maynard returned to another of their favourite venues for a tea dance at the Town Hall.
The couple from Wokingham in Berkshire spent the afternoon dancing to old favourites and took the chance to enjoy some tea and cake.
Ms Groves, 77, said: "We both lost our partners and we met five years ago at the Royal British Legion and we love dancing anywhere.
"We just love dancing. We went on a cruise recently and we danced on the stage.
"Sometimes we were the only people up there but other people seemed to appreciate it.
"We will be going back to the Town Hall again because the hall is lovely and the music is good.
"Everybody was very friendly and it was very good value for a cup of tea and a cake."
