A BUSINESSMAN who started a fire in a house that forced those inside to jump from windows has been sectioned.
Martin Nganga was convicted in May of arson with intent to endanger life after he set fire to a house in Mallard Close, Blackbird Leys.
Today Oxford Crown Court heard how the actions of the 46-year-old, of Tiverton Road, Wembley, could were "extremely grave".
It also heard how Nganga suffered from Paranoid schizophrenia, and Post-traumatic stress disorder .
Judge Ian Pringle said: "The results of what you did could have easily been fatal.
"You have nothing in your past to speak of but I also need to consider the nature of the offence.
"It was extremely grave."
Nganga has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act and deemed a risk to the public.
