Work to install new water main is causing delays on the Eastern Bypass
A NEW water main being installed underneath Oxford Eastern Bypass is causing congestion on the road again this morning.
Traffic is queuing on the A4142 eastbound at the Cowley Road roundabout.
Oxfordshire County Council is overseeing the installation of the new water main and has introduced a 30mph speed limit in the area and closed the pavement there.
The works are expecting to last until December 18.
