A man needed hospital treatment after suffering chest and arm injuries at a house in Jericho.

Thames Valley Police spokeswoman Hannah Williams said officers were called to the home in Cranham Terrace at 8.45pm on Tuesday following reports of a “fear for welfare” incident involving a man in his 30s.

She added: “No-one else was involved and no-one has been arrested.”

The man was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital for treatment.
