HARWELL: A 46-year-old man has been cautioned for possessing an imitation firearm in a public place after the weapon was found at the village’s war memorial.
The imitation gun, described as a .38 revolver, possibly dating from the Second World War, was found at the High Street memorial on May 3.
The man was arrested on Tuesday and later issued with a caution by police.
