Broadways pub in Didcot
A WOMAN has admitted getting drunk in a pub while looking after two young children.
Lucy Ryan, 34, of Worcester Drive, Didcot, admitted being drunk on a licensed premises, namely Broadways in Didcot, while in charge of a child under seven on July 20.
She also admitted assaulting two police constables in the execution of their duty on the same date.
Answering the charge at Oxford Magistrates' Court on August 23, she was handed a six-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to attend alcohol rehabilitation treatment for up to 50 days.
She was also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
