CHERWELL District Council has been handed a share of £366,932 given to three councils.
The money has been awarded to the council and two others because of what officials say are their efforts to minimise expenditure through the continual review of shared services.
The other two are South Northamptonshire and Stratford-on-Avon district councils.
The award was presented by Local Government Minister Brandon Lewis.
