THE ARCHBISHOP of Canterbury will visit Bicester next month – the first time in hundreds of years the head of the Church of England has visited the town.
Dr Rowan Williams will bless the site for the new Emmanuel Church, at Bure Park, visit the town’s food bank, based at the Methodist Church, and lead the service at St Edburg’s Sunday service on May 8.
He will also meet representatives from the farming community and spend time with students training for ordination.
Stephen Wynne-Jones, St Edburg’s Church spokesman, said: “We’re thrilled that the Archbishop of Canterbury has chosen to visit Bicester. The spotlight is on our town nationally at the moment as it grows quickly and develops its infrastructure.
“Rowan Williams’s visit will give us the opportunity to share the work we’re doing to support the development of the town community.”

There may not be any scientific evidence that God exists, but there is definitely plenty of other evidence! Let's hope that for the sake of "theworldisendingnex tyear" he does not live up to his name and he has a chance to discover for himself that he's wrong before he meets Him!

On a serious note..
Do people still believe in this "pig in the bag" religion nonsense?.
There is 0% scientific evidence that god exists,it is nothing more than a mass control tool used throughout history.
