TOP businesses from across North Oxfordshire are celebrating as the finalists for this year's Cherwell Business Awards are announced.
Andy's Barber Shop, Oxford IT solutions and The Hummingbird Cancer support centre are among those shortlisted for the fifth annual business awards in the district.
Local companies have expressed thanks online with the staff at Andys Barber Shop in Bicester writing "All at Andy's Barber Shop Bicester are over the moon and finger's crossed".
Oxford IT Solutions also said: "Thank you so much, we are very excited" and Sweet Celebrations Ltd "Thank you, we are delighted, looking forward to May 20."
The public have been nominating and a panel of judges whittled down the entries to the finalists all invited to a gala dinner on Friday, May, 20.

Shortlisted businesses will find out the results at a ceremony dinner at Begbroke Science Park.
Last year, Banbury's Kärcher UK won most established business award and has once again been nominated in the apprenticeship award category.
An Overall Winner Award will also be chosen by judges and all finalists will also be entered into the Oxfordshire Business Awards.
