Second crash on the A34 northbound towards Wendlebury roundabout
FIVE vehicles have crashed on the A34 near the M40, the second accident in the same spot today.
Traffic is queuing on the A34 northbound before Junction 9 M40 (Bicester).
The road is partially blocked because of the collision.
