Forty-one drivers were fined £50 each for illegally parking near Bicester Village over Christmas, according to police.
Thousands flocked to the shopping centre on Boxing Day to snap up post-Christmas deals, causing queues that stretched more than a mile on the A41.
The centre estimated it would have about 40,000 shoppers that day.
Thames Valley Police tweeted at 4.53pm on Boxing Day: “In conjunction with our colleagues @tvprp we have issued a total 41 £50 fixed penalty tickets on A41 because of illegally parked vehicles.”
