A man arrested after First and Second World War munitions were discovered at his Bicester home was yesterday re-bailed by police.

Dan Mackay, 35, was arrested on September 18 on suspicion of theft from heritage and protected sites after bomb disposal experts carried out a controlled explosion in his garden. He has been rebailed to January 14.

Mr Mackay last month told the Oxford Mail he is an avid collector of military memorabilia and none of his items are dangerous.
