Chiltern Railways services returning to normal
3:42pm Monday 12th November 2012 in Bicester
CHILTERN Railways services are returning to normal following a broken down train this morning.
The train broke down between Banbury and Bicester North at about 9.30am and caused delays of about 30 minutes as trains were diverted.
