OAP suffers unprovoked attack (From Oxford Mail)

• "This is not at all surprising in Banbury!
  The town has such a poor reputation for being unsafe and a dangerous place to be and why many residents live in fear. Infact it should have warning signs along the roadside as you enter it!
  The fact that the local police in the town are very incompetent and lazy doesn’t really help things so they should take their share of responsibility in this!!"
