UPDATE: Forklift truck death

A MAN who died following an accident with a forklift truck in Banbury was not driving it at the time, police said.

David Hewson, 60, of Osterley Grove, Banbury, died at the Horton hospital after the accident at builders Jewson in Beaumont Road at 3.40pm on Friday.

Police have been told he was struck by the forklift as it was being operated by someone else.
