A Banbury man who disappeared after failing to appear in court has been found in Bicester this morning.
David Farnell, 28, of Britannia Road, did not turn up to Oxford Crown Court on January 8 after being accused of causing the death of a woman while driving uninsured and over the alcohol limit.
He was charged in November with causing death while driving without due care and attention.
He was also charged for being over the prescribed limit and causing death whilst uninsured.
The incident happened on July 27 last year in Sutton Courtney near Abingdon on Drayton Road.
The crash took place at about 3.10pm when a blue and silver Mitsubishi hit a tree and the 43-year-old female passenger died at the scene.
But Farnell was found by police in Bicester this morning and will appear at Oxford Crown Court later today.
Thames Valley Police have thanked the public for their help in finding Farnell.
