The pair killed in the collision were both from Banbury
A 67-year-old man and 58-year-woman died when their car was involved in a Boxing Day crash on the A436.
The pair, from Banbury, were in a black Kia when it collided with a vehicle containing horses at about 2.30pm, near to Stow on the Wold.
They were pronounced dead at the scene, and their next of kin have been informed.
A horse was also injured.
