Tibor Veres, 57, of Elton Road, Bodicote Chase, near Banbury, admitted speeding at 39mph in a 30mph zone in Aynho Road, Adderbury, on February 9. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Michael Brown, 30, of Chapel Lane, Warmington, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Queensway, Banbury, on September 18. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £25 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

William Tagg, 23, of Station Road, Bletchingdon, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her, criminal damage and possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Witney on October 20. Fined £250 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs, £105 compensation and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Matthew Coleman, 32, of Sydenham Cottages, Aynho Road, Adderbury, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Adderbury on August 9. Tristan Hayle, 30, of Cedar Road, Botley, was convicted of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on May 18. Fined £165 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and £520 criminal courts charge.

Gavin Bustin, 35, of Cornwallis Road, Cowley, was convicted of driving on the Oxford Eastern Bypass without a licence or insurance on January 7. Fined £860 and ordered to pay a £66 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and banned from driving for 12 months.

Philip Hawkins, 55, of Clarendon Drive, Thame, convicted of failing to provide Thames Valley Police with information which could identify a driver suspected of a motoring offence in Banbury between October 29, 2014, and November 26, 2014. Fined £660 and ordered to pay a £66 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Also banned from driving for six months.

Jessica Lacey, 32, of Reading Road, Harwell, near Didcot, admitted speeding at 58mph in a 40mph zone on the A4074 at Crowmarsh on December 14, 2014. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with five points.

Ledion Panxha, 28, of Paget Road, Cowley, Oxford, admitted speeding at 50mph in a 30mph zone in Banbury Road, Oxford, on January 16, and was convicted of using a mobile phone while driving in Lyne Road, Kidlington, on September 11, 2014. Fined £440, ordered to pay £500 costs, driving licence endorsed with three points and ordered to pay a £25 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Also banned from driving for 14 days.

Krystian Trocki, 27, of Lidsey Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Manor Road, Banbury, on July 17 and July 19. Also admitted sending “grossly offensive” or indecent messages in Manor Road on July 19. Sent to prison for 24 weeks and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge and restraining order made against the victim until further notice.

Janine Nash, 46, of Lapsley Drive, Banbury, admitted failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pension of changes in circumstances affecting her entitlement to a widow’s pension, that she and her partner were living together as husband and wife in Banbury between December 16, 2011, and April 27, 2015. Given a six-month prison sentence suspended for two years and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Arren Tomkins, 27, of Cockcroft Road, Didcot, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause fear of unlawful violence in Headington, Oxford, on June 19. Sent to prison for six weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Anna Blauduma, 26, of Kestrel Way, Bicester, admitted speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone in Lane End High Street , Buckinghamshire, on December 29, 2014. Also admitted driving on the A423 Oxford Southern Bypass without insurance on June 29, 2015. Fined £480, driving licence endorsed with six points, and ordered to pay £85 costs, a £30 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Daniel Brackett, 37, of Luther Street, Oxford, was convicted of stealing three Fabreeze air fresheners worth £12.60 from Tesco in Oxford on May 31. He admitted committing a further offence while subject to a 12-month conditional discharge made by Oxford magistrates on January 30 for being drunk and disorderly. Given a community order requiring participation in a rehabilitation activity for 20 days. Also ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and a £520 criminal courts charge.
