Aaron French, 24, of Howard Road, Banbury, admitted stealing various items worth £3.99 from Poundstretcher in The Calthorpe Centre, Banbury, on June 19. Fined £75 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Kamal-ul Rahman, 25, of Cotswold Road, Cumnor Hill, Oxford, admitted stealing 20 watches from Michael Kors in Bicester Village between February 1 and July 31. Also admitted stealing a purse of an unknown value belonging to Michael Kors at Bicester Village on July 10. Ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and to pay £452 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Helen Fisher, 45, of Claydon Road, Cropredy, admitted entering a property in The Green, Great Bourton, as a trespasser and stealing alcohol of an unknown value on September 8. Also admitted entering the same property and stealing alcohol of an unknown value on September 9. Ordered to undergo treatment for alcohol dependency for six months and to take part in rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 20 days. Ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £40 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Eugen Neculai, 40, of Papist Way, Cholsey, admitted speeding at 37mph in a 30mph zone on the A4074 in Warborough on November 26. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Gary Wickens, 33, of Hardwick Road, Hethe, near Bicester, admitted stealing five packs of sanitary towels and a pasty worth a total of £15 from Joblings Garage, Launton Road, Bicester, on September 18. Also admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering the Co-operative in Audley House, Buckingham Road, Bicester, on September 16 which he was prohibited from doing. Ordered to undergo drug dependency treatment for six months and to pay £15 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge, £40 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Benjamin Woodworth, 19, of White Way, Kidlington, admitted harassing a woman in Kidlington between August 30 and September 18. Made subject to a restraining order until October 9, 2016 and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Tammy Lee Baird, 34, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, admitted stealing baby clothes worth £118 from Marks and Spencer in Banbury on September 25. Ordered to undergo treatment for drug dependency and to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £40 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Keiron Edwards, 36, of Grayling House, Merton, admitted drink-driving in Buckingham Road, Bicester, on September 19. Had 133 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison suspended for 18 months and ordered to carry out unpaid work for 150 hours in the next 12 months. Ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving for 32 months.

Hayley Stout, 27, of Boxhedge Road West, Banbury, admitted stealing DVDs worth £45.96 from British Home Stores in Banbury on August 24. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £40 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Andrew Cookson, 51, of Abbey Road, Witney, admitted drink-driving in Priest Hill Lane, Hailey, near Witney, on May 3. Had 83 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving for 12 months.

Imogen Robinson, 18, of Carswell Circle, Upper Heyford, admitted speeding at 56mph in a 30mph zone on the A4074, Nuneham Courtenay, on December 21. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 14 days.

Steven Lloyd, 43, of no fixed address, admitted stealing alcohol of an unknown value from The Co-op in Mersey Way, Ladygrove, Didcot, on July 23. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on October 9 without reasonable excuse. Further admitted stealing a bottle of Jameson whiskey worth £22 from Waitrose in St Martin’s Street, Wallingford, on October 3 and a bottle of Smirnoff vodka worth £16 from Waitrose in St Martin’s Street, Wallingford, on October 4. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £22 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Joshua Smith, 20, of Stowford Road, Oxford, admitted making off without paying for fuel worth £439.60 in total from filling stations including Shell garage in Garsington Road, Cowley on October 3; Oxford retail park, Oxford on October 10; BP service station on the A34 at Weston-on-the-Green on April 4 and April 9; and Esso service station in Long Crendon Road, Thame, on April 13 and 14. Sent to prison for 16 weeks and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.
