Masked men attacked two victims with a baseball bat in a burglary near Banbury
THREE men wearing masks broke into a property near Banbury before one of them attacked two victims with a baseball bat.
After the attacker demanded money, the trio made off with cash and cigarettes.
Both victims sustained facial injuries - one was treated at the scene and one attended Horton Hospital but has since been discharged.
The incident occurred in North Newington at about 10.45pm on Tuesday when the men entered through an unlocked door.
Two of the men waited downstairs while the third went upstairs and attacked the two victims with the baseball bat.
Investigating officers believe the incident may have been targeted.
