A fraudster who told his victims he would pass on donations to the family of a pilot injured in an accident has had his sentencing adjourned.
Kevin Crellin, of Sibford Gower, near Banbury, was convicted after a trial of three counts of fraud on February 24.
The 52-year-old is accused of committing the offences between February 2012 and July 2012 against Peter Morris and John Zarno by not passing on their donations.
He also conned Susan Waring-Smith out of money by saying he would provide or arrange flying training.
The hearing was adjourned because Crellin is in hospital. He will be sentenced after he is discharged.
