A two-day auction of items from the collapsed Formula 1 team Marussia at its former Banbury factory closes today.

About 1,000 items are slated to go under the hammer, including the show cars for the team’s 2012 and 2013 seasons, memorabilia and the company’s boardroom table.

Up for sale today is mostly Marussia’s engineering kit, including road-testing equipment.

The physical auction coincides with a parallel sale on auction website eBay, of mostly office equipment, and ends at 1pm tomorrow.

FRP Advisory was appointed Marussia’s administrator on October 27 and Marussia ceased trading on November 7.
