Jacob Headley, 37, of Newcombe Close, Milcombe, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in New Road, Milcombe, on June 29. Had 75 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £300, £15 victims’ surcharge, £500 costs, and given 40-month driving ban.

Sean Stimpson, 44, of Penrhyn Close, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Banbury on October 19. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £70 costs.

Mathew Brian, 26, of Rose Close, Carterton, admitted assault by beating in Corn Street, Witney, on November 9. Also admitted obstructing Pc Tony Miles in the execution of his duty in Corn Street, Witney, on November 9. Community order made with an activity and an eight-week curfew requirement. Told to pay £100, a £60 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Anne Rooney, 30, of The Paddocks Caravan Park, Weald Street, Weald, Bampton, admitted failing to stop after a road accident in Bridge Street, Bampton, on July 20. Also admitted failing to report an accident and driving without care and attention in Bridge Street, Bampton, on July 20. Fined a total of £320, a £15 victms’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Barry Skinner, 58, of Langford Lane Mooring, Kidlington, convicted of assault by beating in Woodstock on September 30, 2011. Also convicted of drink-driving a Suziki motorcycle in Randolph Avenue, Woodstock, on September 30, 2011. Had 116 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Community order made with alcohol treatment and supervision requirements. Told to pay £200 compensation and £600 costs. Given three-year driving ban.

Dale Bond, 34, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, admitted possession of cannabis in Kidlington on July 26. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.

Thomas Gardner, 22, of Vale Avenue, Grove, admitted speeding in Grove Road, Grove, on November 15. Was travelling at 61mph in a 30mph zone. Fined £135, a £15 victims’ surcharge, and £65 costs. Banned from driving for 42 days.

Michael Owen, 49, of Withycombe Drive, Banbury, convicted of assault by beating in Prescott Avenue, Banbury on May 2. Given a 24-month conditional discharge, told to pay £100 compensation, £150 costs, and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
