Christopher Fletcher, 21, of Kingsclere Road, Bicester, admitted possession of cannabis in Kingsclere Road, Bicester, on July 11. Fined £80, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
Peter Kent, 62, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in Powys Grove, Banbury, on November 9. Had 60 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £165, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.
Jake Orwa, 19, of Red Poll Close, Banbury, admitted criminal damage to a fire door glass panel in Old Parr Close, Banbury, on October 29. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, told to pay £200 compensation and £50 costs.
Amit Patel, 29, of Elm Grove, Kidlington, admitted drink-driving in Oxford Road, Kidlington, on October 20. Had 178 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams. Fined £150, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.
Samuel Stewart, 64, of Beckdale Close, Bicester, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance in Wansbeck Drive, Bicester, on November 10. Given an eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Also told to do 120 hours of unpaid community work, pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.
Christopher Bardon, 25, of Dover Avenue, Banbury, admitted stealing £100 worth of alcohol in a burglary at the AKA pub, in Parsons Street, Banbury, on November 1. Also admitted burglary of the same pub on November 8. Community order made with programme and supervision requirements. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge.
Nathaniel Faulkner, 40, of Moorland Road, Witney, admitted drink-driving in Brize Norton Road, Carterton, on August 28. Had 380 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 108 milligrams. Also admitted driving without insurance. Given a 10-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Fined £110, £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for 48 months.
