A LONG-AWAITED plan to build 350 homes in Banbury has been submitted.
Pegasus Planning Group has applied for the homes at land north of Hanwell Fields, off Warwick Road, to Cherwell District Council.
The council has earmarked the land for up to 400 homes in its draft local plan of where estates will go in the coming two decades.
Hanwell Fields Development Action Group opposes to the plan, but said the application came as “no surprise”.
