JIMMY Stringer will wake in prison today cursing.
Yesterday he was given more than five years for his part in the £100,000 plunder of a jewellery store in Banbury.
That is only because of the bravery of people like Ali Shehan and others in the High Street that day when they collared Stringer and we join Judge Patrick Eccles in saluting their courage.
