An Abingdon nursing home for dementia sufferers has been told to make improvements in four categories.
The Care Quality Commission said action was needed after Bridge House, in Thames View, was inspected on September 23.
A report said concerns had been voiced by relatives of people at the home, which accommodates 71 people.
It demanded action over, among other things, medicines management and care and welfare of residents. Bridge House has until next Thursday to respond.
