A firm developing an on-the-spot cancer detection test has won a £50,000 grant.
The test, which can detect bone and breast cancer by scanning chemical compositions, has been designed by Cobalt Light Systems, at Milton Park.
It was judged to be the most promising technology to come out of the UK this year by the Royal Academy of Engineering and given the grant and an award.
