PUPILS Sadie Fletcher and Budmin Mathota were among those who got into the Christmas spirit at Witney Community Primary School’s fun day.
Sadie, nine and Budmin, aged eight, sported fun reindeer antlers for the event, which took place at the school. Friday’s fun was organised by the Friends of Witney Community Primary School and followed a non-uniform day the previous Friday when pupils got to wear their own clothes in exchange for bringing in prizes for the tombola stall.
Visitors to the fun day were able to browse festive stalls and there was a raffle with a first prize of £100 in cash.
The school is planning to continue the festive fun with a carol service and lighting of the Christmas tree tomorrow and Christmas performances from pupils on Wednesday and Thursday next week.
There will also be a Christmas dinner for all pupils on Tuesday, December 15, before term ends with Christmas parties on December 16, 17 and 18.
