A TEENAGER is still in hospital after yesterday's crash involving a bus in Witney. 

Spokeswoman Connie Primmer said Moor Avenue was closed off following the crash which happened at about 3.30pm.

South Central Ambulance Service said an air ambulance and two crews were sent to the scene. 

A spokeswoman said: "They have been assisting and treating a male patient who sustained serious but non life-threatening injuries.

"He had been assisted and treated at the scene and taken by land ambulance to the John Radcliffe Hospital accompanied by the crew of the air ambulance. It's a male in his teens."

Stagecoach Oxford confirmed it was one of their buses involved. 

Today Thames Valley Police said the teenager was still in hospital with serious leg injuries but his condition was is not thought to be life-threatening.
