First floor of a derelict building in East Challow collapses after fire
THE first floor of a building collapsed after it caught fire last night.
The Old Country Club in Woodhill Lane, East Challow, near Wantage, was badly damaged in the blaze which started shortly before 6pm.

Four fire engines from Didcot, Abingdon, Wantage and Faringdon were sent to tackle the fire in the derelict building.
A spokesman for Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service said the blaze was put out at about 2am this morning.
It is believed the building was scheduled to be demolished later this week.
