The man killed when a lorry crashed in Banbury two weeks ago has been named as Mohammed Hasan.
Thames Valley Police said the 18-year-old was originally from Iraq.
He died in the early hours of April 1 after he was involved in a collision with a lorry in Beaumont Road, near the junction to Southam Road.
The road was closed for five hours while the vehicle was recovered.
Police arrested a man arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing death by careless driving but he was later released without charge.
Thames Valley Police spokesman Gareth Ford-Lloyd confirmed the investigation into the case had been closed.
Mr Hasan's next of kin have been informed.
A date for the inquest has yet to be decided.
