Oxford City & County’s Carol Gaskins and Donna Knight will fly the flag for Oxfordshire in the national two-wood singles at Leamington Spa next month.
Gaskins booked her place by beating Henley’s Brenda Bishop 15-12 in the semi-finals, while Knight qualified with a 15-8 victory over Banbury Central’s Carole Galletly.
RESULTS
Quarter-finals: Knight 14, Lewis 13; Galletly 14, Hawes 10; Bishop 15, Amos 14; Gaskins 17, Shepherd 10.
Semi-finals: Gaskins 15, Bishop 12; Knight 15, Galletly 8.
