Pedestrian involved in collision with van in Barton
A PEDESTRIAN was involved in a collision with a van and taken away in an ambulance this morning.
The coillision happened at 7.24am in Fettiplace Road and involved a Vauxhall van.
As a result, the road was partially blocked, causing 30 minute delays to Oxford Bus Company services.
The 7.36am from Castle Street to Barton and the 7.58am from Barton to Headington were cancelled.
Police and ambulance services were in attendance.
It is not yet known the condition of the pedestrian and whether he was taken to hospital.
