The jury in the case of a pub boss and building company director accused of being involved in a drugs conspiracy has retired to consider its verdict.
Ryan Davies, of Kelburne Road, Cowley, manager of the Black Swan, in East Oxford, denies being involved in a plot to supply cocaine, a Class A drug, between August 15 and October 12 last year.
Yesterday the jury hearing the 33-year-old’s case in Oxford Crown Court could not reach a verdict and will return to continue deliberating today.
