A WOMAN was sexually assaulted in Crowell Road, Cowley on Tuesday.
The assault happened at about 1pm, at a bus stop approximately 20 metres from the back exit of Templars Square shopping centre.
The victim, in her 50s, was waiting at the bus stop when a man she did not know started to talk to her.
He then gave her a hug and kissed her a number of times before walking towards Littlemore.
The man is white, in his mid-50s, about 5ft 11ins, and stocky with a full head of hair.
He was clean shaven and had a mole on the left-hand side of the bridge of his nose.
He was wearing a beige coloured sports shirt with a collar and beige trousers.
Police only released information about this attack today, when they appealed for witnesses.
