Ever start the evening at Summertown Wine Cafe and get an incredible case of the munchies? You head across the street to that tasty little eatery on South Parade for a bit of Italian Pie, only to find it is completely packed with people and your sole option is take out?

A little birdie told me that as of August or September you'll have two options. Mamma Mia and Portabello owner Jon Ellse is opening a second Mamma Mia's Pizzeria on Walton Street where the now defunct Sip is located.

My source found this out at junk sale last Saturday morning 25th April. Everyone thought it was the remains of Sip, but in reality Jon Ellse was having a clear out of his restaurants and getting rid of things he didn't need anymore. My friend picked up some champagne flutes for a steal! Bubbly anyone?
