What minor media celebrity was spotted on the Cherwell River with his girlfriend this past Saturday? It wouldn't be so bad if the Oxford Mail Guide Editor and Jack FM radio personality hadn't been lounging in the rowboat directing his girlie how to row all the while swigging Lambrini from a bottle.
