Control
Whilst watching Anton Corbijn's stark portrayal of Ian Curtis in Control, I was struck with just how refreshing it was to see a biopic free from the usual saccharine Hollywood clichés.

Now far be it from me to cast aspersions on the rather talented Angelina Jolie - but her latest role as Marina Pearl in A Mighty Heart has made me question her suitability for playing such characters.
