On That night in 1997, round at friends, when I could take no more they said don't worry, it might not be that bad, and for a while, I suppose, it wasn't.
Now though, I guess, we know how bad it is. It is £700 billion over five years bad. Time, I think, for the call to go out. Where is the Duke of Edinburgh when we need him?
