First class post nothing of sort

ON Thursday, February 25, I posted a first class good luck card to my grandson in Bicester.

It arrived 11 days later on Monday, March 8.

What possible excuse can Royal Mail give for such an appalling service? Is it any wonder people are turning to alternative methods of mailing?
