Greed destroying our Oxford

They cut down the beautiful old trees at Bonn Square in Oxford (luckily, minus our brave protester) and what do we see?

An old church with kind invitations to visit inside or out, the end of an old building and a hideous glass what? It's awful.

And now another house of character in Iffley Road is to be pulled down for Exeter College student housing (102 flats) - another glass and concrete monster that doesn't blend in will soon look shabby, with milk, trainers and laundry on the sills.

Oh, beautiful Oxford, the greedy colleges are turning you into a concrete slum.
