AS the date of our departure from the EU looms ever nearer.

It is vital that our Government implements a logistical plan for our public service infrastructure.

Already there have been reports of vast numbers of EU nursing staff leaving our hospitals and the John Radcliffe is already being seriously affected by this rapid departure.

Since the Brexit vote, there has been a 96 per cent drop in EU nurses registering to work in the UK.

Jeremy Corbyn has risen to the challenge of our nursing shortage and promised to end the pernicious pay gap enforced on our hardworking nursing angels.

The Labour Party will also bring back free bursaries for nursing students to replace the present system of loans.

What is the Conservative Government doingto attract more UK nurses?

Quite frankly, this Government could not run a bath, let alone run our ailing, understaffed NHS.

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt should resign.
