Roadworks show no sign of coordinated plans
I WONDER if Oxfordshire County Council has any clue about managing public disruption caused by construction?
In Bainton Road they have allowed a week overlap between two different plans to dig up the road for provision of utilities within 100 yards of each other.
One of these is on a blind corner. This narrow road with parking on one side is a pathway for parents and kids en route to Phil and Jim’s.
The big projects are chaos as we all know but there seems to be incompetence at all levels.
