The UK/US/EU so-called democracies elect representatives who are free to ignore voters’ wishes, which creates extremism.

Switzerland was more democratic 700 years ago than we are today, and their four language group Referendum Democracy union is the best model for a future EU.

The Isle of Man is not in the EU, although it’s part of Britain, and the border/customs to it are not a problem, thus providing a solution for the rest of the UK.

This solution means that England and Wales can safely leave the EU and that Scotland, NI and Gibraltar could remain within the EU which is as they voted.

This would prevent the NI/Eire and Spain/Gibraltar borders becoming a problem and the Scottish border would be treated like the Isle of Man border/customs has always been.

The Swiss have been told by the EU to give up their Referendum Democracy if they wish to join the EU.

But the glue that holds the four language groups of Switzerland together is their Referendum Democracy which they refuse to give up on the orders of the undemocratic EU.

It seems to me the UK woke up to the fact of an undemocratic EU.

Concerns about how welcome EU citizens are in the UK can be smoothed over by referring to the same anti-EU feeling in their own countries, irrespective of individual views.
