If bees could speak they would ask why we want to spray them with deadly toxins?
It’s catastrophic to learn that they have already spoken with their lives, dying in their millions, while doing an honest day’s work helping the planet and its occupants survive.
The two-year ban imposed by the EU on toxins like neonicotinoids is up for discussion again and we need to give bees a voice, a massive public voice, to ensure that our fields remain free from these beekilling pesticides permanently.
I would urge everyone to contact their MP to voice their horror to Liz Truss MP, who is heading the discussions, and insist the ban must remain in force forever.
