Will new PCC do more to protect our pavements?
The question I would like to ask the incoming Police Commission is: what if anything is he going to do about the crime of cyclists using the pavement?
They seem to have a total disregard of the law and the safety of pedestrians. Will he wait until someone is killed and then give the usual excuse – "There are lessons to be learned".
One is safer now walking in the road and giving the pavements over to cyclists.
